Escolinha do André - Xai Xai
The Escolinha do André (André's School) was built by APOIAR for the Dominican Sisters of Santa Catarina de Sena in 1997. It was founded by the youngest former Professor at Law and Portuguese Foreign Minister. It receives about 250 disadvantaged children distributed from pre-primary to 5th grade. APOIAR has been collaborating with this cause over the years, having managed until 2007 the sponsor a child program and built infrastructures, being responsible for maintaining them. By 2018 we aim to open a multimedia room in the school.
